Well, to be fair, I felt like Bush was a chump with the Saudis (among other things) as well -
but that is pretty bad.

So let me get this right. Just because a president bows it makes him week?  How about those presidents that won't show the sole of their shoes in certain countries out of RESPECT? They are week too right? How about those that appologize for offending leaders when they slip up or didn't know what they did was considered rude or offensive. How about we let those leaders of others countries who eat dogs and cats serve walk off a plane with Leg of Poodle in their mouth?

Every president follows courtesies and codes when they go to other countries. Obama is no different. Just because titwas never caught on tape do you know for certain that every other president that has ever set foot in that country didn't do the same?

 I too believe it was a sign of respect or courtesy. Which there seems to be very little of each in this world.
